School Holidays again!!!

Love these times of year cause i dont have to feel guilty when i sleep in!! LOL! Dont have much planned but me and the boys are going to watch the new Harry Potter movie on wednesday. Alicia still goes to preschool on wed & thurs so i thought i would do something special with the boys 1 day each week when i just have them! Dont know what for next week though! I am looking forward to spending more time with my kids though!! Although it is just the start of holidays so you never know next week i may be wishing that it was the end already! LOL!
So what have i been up to????? Last weekend i headed off to the retreat run by the lovely Belinda Howlett - Had a fantastic time too - I managed to get a whole mini album done and 2 layouts! I did however drive home each night and sleep in my own bed!! LOL!! Im so bad i know but i like my bed!!! It was great catching up with old friends and making new ones too!! And meeting some facebook and internet friends in real life too!! heehee!! And anyone that knows me knows i am a big facebook fan - them bloody games are addictive - especially mafia wars, farkle and bejewelled!! PMSL!! Have also scrapped with my cuz a couple of times! Hmmmm went and watched her son perform at a school assembly last week too. Which was very cute! Hung out with my cuz and aunty afterwards too! Had a lovely day! I really havent been out much cause ive been too broke!! LOL! BUT im stoked cause i get a bonus pay this week so i plan on paying some bills, goin to the movies and buying a few new supplies!! PMSL!!! (Cant help myself i just love scrap shopping soooo much and i have been using heaps of stuff lately so i do have a little more space for new stuff!! heehee!!) I saw my pyschologist again last week too - She is a really lovely lady that one! Is helping me out with a few issues i have! !LOL! Trying to sort my head out anyway - if thats possible!!
Well i do have some layouts to share too!! Woohoo!! Go me - I do love having some to share to give u something pretty to look at while u read my dribble!! heeheee!! The first layout - My gorgeous best friend of 19yrs and her gorgeous little man Dom - When they came down last i picked them up from the airport and drove them to Grettas sisters house - I made sure i got a few piccies and FINALLY scrapped them! Hope u like it Gret!!! This is also sketch #25 from inspired blueprints.Next layout is my handsome Matt from our most recent photo shoot - I also did one of Mitch and Alicia - which is the 3rd and 4th layouts!! OOOh by the way i have also added a followers button to the sidebar - u should be able to sign up to get updates when i update! I HOPE it works!! LOL!!! Let me know how u go with it please!!

Another day half gone!

Man how quick do the days fly by these days seriously!!! I cant believe its already July! We are on the run down to Xmas AGAIN already!!! Scary stuff that. One of the reasons i love scrapping so much - because the days really do fly by so fast and i love having some of the memories that we might forget about on paper so its remembered forever! So i know its been about another fortnight since i blogged last - I really am a slack ass with it arent i - But i figure if i can manage one a fortnight - I may get better and start doing one a week soon!! heeheee!!! I do have a few layouts to share too - and a few photos. Took the kids to this beautiful park at Ambarvale on the weekend and got some GORGEOUS photos!! Love them! I do however think i need to get my camera cleaned or serviced or something - the focus seems to be a bit slow lately and i am getting more blurred photos than usual and the pics just arent as crisp as they used to be - Well i have had it for quite a few yrs now so im not too suprised! Its still my baby too - heehee!

So what else have i been up to?? Not a whole lot really - we did go see Transformers 2 movie last week - OMG how good was it - The kids had a blast too. I could hear the boys each time a transformer came on oh look theirs optimus prime or whoever it was! It really cracked me up. Alicia was a bit over it by the end i think - long movie 3 hours long and not really her kind of movie - I bet if it was Hannah Montana or Bratz she would have been more enthralled! haha! Love having a girly girl sometimes. I have also been a bit sick still - the icky flu i had turned into a chest infection and ive just been really run down - slowly getting back to me! LOL! Ummm what else have i done - Gone on lots of scrap shopping sprees! LOL! Went out to my fave store Fred The Needle out at Penrith and also went out to Scraploot too - Not to mention one my cuz found and i kinda dont mind that shop either!! LOL!! I was also spoilt with one of those groovy new trimmers that u can plug ur mp3 player into and it has speakers - sooooo kool! And its pink and it has butterflies printed on - Good job Fiskars - I love it!! Its also 12x12 - which was mostly why i wanted it - PLUS i got it for a total bargain price too!! LOVE it!

Well thats prob about all for me today - Im off to see my fave cuz - and scrap the arvo away as soon as Jono gets here - Mitchy got sent home from school - i dont think he is sick - more just tired and sooky and wanting to be at home!! Gorgeous little man burst into tears as soon as he saw me, couldnt quite get the words out of what he wanted to say and just started crying - was heartbreaking! OH oh oh - I will have something to share after the weekend too cause im goin scrapping - AND would u believe it is around the corner from my house!! LOL! There is a retreat at Ingleburn just near Ctown this weekend - Only $70 - If anyone is interested let me know ASAP as it is on tomorrow arvo!! Wooohooo!!! Cant wait - a whole weekend of scrapping with other scrappers - Getting to catch up with a few friends and making some new ones - and getting to meet friends for the first time IRL!!! Cant wait!

hey there!

Ok so i still suck at blogging!! LOL! I should just stop apologising for it!! LOL! I have been pretty sick lately though so thats my excuse for that one! I have a chest infection - It was a bit scary just how sick i was this time - I feel old!! LOL! I couldnt believe how tired i was and so little energy too! It sucked!! Not to mention i also had 3 kids home sick for 2 weeks aswell! My poor babies - We all copped the flu - Mine turned into a chest infection though! :( But today has been the best ive felt in quite a while so im getting better! LOL! Me and Jono went for a drive out to Penrith today to my fave ever scrap shop Fred the Needle - God i love that shop - They just have soooo much yummy stuff in there!! Then we decided to check out the superstore up the road - Just to see if they had anything different!! LOL! (Scrap shop addict here!) And im glad i did cause i found my fave sakura glaze pens there - i bought 3 cause i had sooo much trouble finding the bloody things!! LOL! So then we headed over to Lone Star - YUMMMM!!! Chicken tenders and honey mustard sauce with the yummiest garden salad and we got amarillo fries too - OMG i love Lone Star - I remember being pregnant with Alicia and my SIL was pregnant at the same time and after wed morning volleyball we would head over and have lone star for lunch! I do miss those days sometimes!!! I miss my volleyball something fierce!! I really need to find something down here to play! Anyway - back to Penrith! After our YUMMY lunch we headed over to Aquagolf and hit some balls! Jono even got a ball in the bucket and won $10!!! So then we headed back home! But seeing as we had enough time i made Jono go to ANOTHER scrap shop - and im stoked i did too - Its an awesome little shop - Memories that Last at Liverpool - And not a rip off like the other shop nearby! LOL! so was quite impressed with that find - i love scrap shopping so i am glad i found a good one nearby!!
  So what else have i been up to? It was my cousins gorgeous sons 6th bday last weekend - Me and the kids headed off to his bday party at Lollipops playland! Unfortunately me and the kids were a little off colour but we all had a ball!!! And im pretty sure Blake enjoyed his party too!! He had a kool clown and my aunty and her friend made the most awesome spongebob cake!!! It looked fantastic!!! Ummm other than that we havent really done much! Spent lots of time watching movies and chillin out sick at home - me and the kids would take turns having naps!! LOL! One time i woke up and we were all asleep on the lounge & mattress i dragged out to the lounge room - it was quite cute actually!! Well anyway - Am going to see if Facebook is workin better now! All the games seem to be down! Im gonna add a few more layouts in!

i suck at this blogging thing dont i!!

I know i know i dont update very often - but it is hard to find the time to sit and try and think what the heck to put in it - let alone actually post it! So what are some updates to add - Me and the kids went up the coast a few weeks ago to go to my gorgeous niece Annas 7th bday party - I still cant believe she is 7 - gone soooo fast!! The kids had a ball and i had a good time catching up with sara - dont see her very often anymore! Ummmm what else have i done? Spent lots of time at home and at Niks - The kids LOVE scootering at her house so are always asking to go there!! Me and Jono took the bratlets bowling on sunday - would u believe i came last to everyone - even Alicia!!! I sucked so bad!! The holes in the ball jam up my fingers but - they really hurt - I jarred my fingers soooo many times playin basketball and volleyball in the last 12 yrs - plus playing netball when i was younger - the joints in my fingers really suck - well thats my excuse for losing anyway!! HAHA!! I have also been doing lots of new scrapping! I have even started on my masters entry for this year - i have done my double layout and my funny shaped layout - Just got the single and mystery project to do! I quite like the challenges this year too - Not bad! So seeing as i have been doing lots of yummy scrapping - here are some new ones!! I know - not a whole lot of interesting info in this post but im just not that chatty today!!!!! Hope u have all had an awesome day and thanks for reading my boring old blog!!! Some new layouts finally!!!

I finally have a few layouts to share!!! Me and my cousin Nik had a mad scrappy weekend last weekend and i got heaps done!!! I completed 5 layouts!! 3 of them were for the SnB cyber crop. I really enjoyed the challenges they had made!! I have been super busy - spending time with my kids over the hols, and with Jono! Me and him are off to his friends engagement party tomorrow nite - lookin forward to that! A kid free night - so rare these days!! Im excited!! LOL!!! Also spent quite a bit of time at Niks too! Tuesday we had a games day - all the kids had their DS's!! They had a ball! Wednesday was back to school - Wooohoooo!!!! Have to try and get back into the routine again! I so enjoyed not having to rush for school every morning!! HAHA!!
What else have i been up to??? Yesterday i went and had a visit at Scrap Loot and made some yummy new purchases!!! I am itching to play with some of my new goodies!!!! I then headed over to Ryde and met up with Jono and had lunch with him - We got to check out Ikea at Rhodes - man that place is massive!! Didnt buy anything just had a quick browse as Jono had to get back to work! That break went soooo quick!! Last night we went late night shopping and finally  got some heaters for our house - THANKFULLY!!! My house has been an icebox and i was sooo thankful for that extra heat this morning let me tell you!!!
I have also found a new site to chat on - Scrapboxx - I know its been around for AGES but i never really got into the chatter - i shopped and always loved the newsletters - well they have a new site now and its kinda like f acebook - you have your own page and can add friends! You can even add music to your page! And its not slow either - Its a great site! Ive been having a ball over there! And on facebook too - totally addicted to the Bejewelled game! And im number 1 on my friends list at the moment! LOL!!!
Well thats prob about it!! I dont really get up to all that much these days!! LOL!! Boring arent i!!!!!
Oh i do have one gorgeous post to add about my boys - When we were shopping last Thursday with my aunty Deb and Nik me and the boys were browsing the Angus and Coote window - well they have the most devine butterfly sapphire pendant and i fell in love and said ooooh i want that for mothers day boys! Well Matt took it pretty seriously and keeps asking to do chores to earn money to buy it for me - i got pics of him washing up and Mitch drying up on the weekend!! I love it! They are the sweetest!!!

2 years!!!!

Today the 5th of April has now been 2 yrs since my nan passed away! I miss her soooo much - I sooo wish she was still with us and completely healthy too - I hate cancer. Just wanted to put a few LOs up of Nan - I havent done many - Cant bring myself to scrap much of her yet!! Love you always nan!!!

Long time no post again!! LOL!!!

So lots has happened - ive been super busy - and a bit sick from my teeth - I really need to get something done about them - i have a fear of dentists though! So what have i been up to - My gorgeous daughter turned 4!, I went to The Fray concert with my cousins for one of their bdays, Went to my sisters 21st bday party, Been and seen my gorgous niece and had my first cuddle!!! Shopping, Visiting, Busy with kids, Scrapping, etc etc etc!!!
The Fray was totally awesome!!! They rocked live - and Secondhand Seronade were there supporting band and they were totally awesome too!! I went with my cousins Nik and Sherie (In pic with me!) and Niks man Aaron. Had a MAD time!! I cant wait to do something like it again!! Id love to go to a concert with Jono too!! Have to find something we both like!
Alicia turned 4 - And got completely spoilt!! And has been acting like such a DIVA ever since!! LOL! She had a ball though - loved it - loved getting presents - loved getting spoilt - we went shopping with Nik for her bday - should have seen how much she came home with!! LOL!!! And would you believe i didnt get any pics!!! I only gave Alicia one pressie in the morning and i was rushing around trying to get the boys ready - well in the arvo - she was meant to wait for daddy to get home - I was lying on the lounge and fell asleep - and by the time Jono had gotten home - Alicia had opened ALL of her presents that were sitting there waiting for daddy to get home! Little brat! She insists her brothers helped but i dunno!!! I cant imagine she would have let them near the presents!! haha!!
 I wasnt feeling so crash hot on her birthday - my teeth have been crazy sore and making me feel really sick - not eating much and my whole face and neck is really sore. Going to see someone tomorrow bout that though - Go me!!
So my little sister Sam turned 21 on Saturday. We all went to her bday party - Had a great time too - and i got to see my gorgeous nieces and nephews too! The kids ran around playing ALL night!! From like 6.30 till 11.30 straight out running and dancing! They slept sooo well the next day too! haha! This is me with my sisters Sam in the middle - and Kristy on the right! Im the eldest! Lucky me!! LOL!!
I got to see my best friend Gretta!!! Her and her gorgeous little man Dommy came down from QLD for a few days - and i picked them up from the airport and drove her over to her sisters house - It was soooo good just seeing her - I miss her soo much! Wish i could have spent more time with her but my lovely friend Lea was watching my boys for me and i had to get back as Jonos car broke down!! LOL!! Stupid cars!!! My car just cost me a heap of money too!!  
Oh woohoo for me - I had another LO acceptance too - One to Creating Keepsakes magazine - my first one for that mag!! Sooo stoked!!! Ummm what else have i been up to??? Cant think of much now - so im gonna add some pics and then head of to scrap a mini album page then prob to bed - busy day tomorrow!!!! 

Up early!

Yep im up super early this morning - I have a throbbing tooth - Jono woke me when he left for work and i couldnt sleep anymore! So hey why not blog!!! I have been super busy since my last post! My little sister had a new baby - Beautiful little girl!! If you are a friend of mine on facebook u will be able to see some pics of her there! She is just beautiful!!! My dog has been home from the vets for a few weeks now - I forgot to update on him - Ever since i brought him home from the vets - he has been my shadow! He even follows me to the toilet if he is inside! Cheeky little bugger! He is doing really really really well now - u wouldnt even know how sick he was by looking at him - although u can still see the patches on his paws from the vet shaving it when he was on the drip. It is growing back though! LOL.
So what else has happened - I havent scrapped much cause i have been out quite a bit - I have got 2 on the go though!! LOL! I never do that - Start another one until i have finished the  1st one i was doing - I hate unfinished things! LOL! I also got a LO picked up by SM mag - Was sooo excited to get that email - Cant share the layout now on here though!!
It was my gorgeous nieces bday on saturday - I didnt get to see her though - i am a slack aunty - i havent even gotten her pressie yet - I will just have to spoil her a little more to say sorry!! LOL!!!
So last sunday me and Jono took the kids down to the powerhouse museum - I had seen on Lee's blog that they had a star wars exhibition on and i just knew they would love it - And they did!!! Afterwards we went for a walk thru darling harbour over to the ferry - then caught a ferry round to Circular Quay - I took TONS of photos!! LOL!!! I had a ball - Jono took tons of photos too! We walked around the rocks a little then caught the train back home - We did the Family Funday Sunday!! I never knew that families could ride for elcheapo prices on the trains/ferries/buses on sundays - $2.50 per ticket - SOOOOO much cheaper than the normal prices!! I think we will be taking use of that a lot more now!! Go cityrail etc!!
Friday night i got to take my cuz out for her 1st drive as a learner - She had a ball - we went down to Wollongong - I was playing around heaps with my camera - Once i have edited them i will share some - i was just playing with all the different settings in my camera - Even the manual focus!!! Go me - I had a ball!!
Well anyway - Time to go get the munchkins up and ready for school - Matts meant to have a swimming carnival today - too bad its raing! LOL!!! Always the way.

On slowgo net!!!

I used up all my downloads downloading tv shows and now am on speed limiting! LOL! Totally sux - cant wait for my normal super fast speed! LOL!!! I have done a few LOs while ive been on slowgo!! LOL!!! I also joined in at the SnB cyber crop over the weekend - that was fun - first one in ages ive done!! I missed my scrapping. Here is the 2 LOs i did for some of the challenges! Really happy with how they turned out.
Havent really been doing much lately - Jono has been home hurt and ive been a little sick myself! Hoping to do something fun this weekend though - I saw over on Lees blog that the powerhouse museum has on a star wars exhibition and i went and checked out the prices and we are thinkin bout going on the weekend! Looks like fun! Anyway - Im just gonna try and add some layouts in then heading off to bed i think - Just wanted to update!
